The following is a testimonial from a hearing person with whom Richard was able to communicate using the UbiDuo: I had the opportunity of using the UbiDuo for a few minutes at a restaurant while waiting for the food to be delivered and it was a marvelous situation to be able to express myself in actual words rather than a combination of gestures and lip talk. For a change I could use words that would have been hard to communicate otherwise, and to tell my partner exactly what went on in my experiences. They had been to Utah and had just returned, and Rick told me exactly what had happened there and described the place and the venue for the get together, and l was able to understand it much better than getting only ninety percent or misunderstanding him altogether. Kudos to the people responsible for idea of combining the two units into one carry-all and making it simple enough so that a lay person could use it almost immediately. The usage of the units is quite understandable and unique, and you are to be congratulated for coming up with a simple solution to an old problem. |
